End of Life Manufacturing
End of Life-production is a special form of outsourcing. Once products have reached the end of their life cycle, only small quantities of it are needed. Original manufacturers often cannot produce these small quantities economically. Especially in such cases the problem can be solved by outsourcing.
We have already taken over a big number of such end-of-life products.
So we are able to continue with the production of end-of-life products and spare parts for our customers.
But what do we mean by outsourcing?
